About Me
Hi, I’m Anna — the founder of Imamami and, most importantly, I’m a mami of two beautiful children who inspired everything I do now.
My journey into the world of sleep consulting began with my son, who was not a great sleeper. After countless nights of exhaustion, I found myself slipping into a dark place — emotionally drained, overwhelmed, and unsure how to help him or myself. We then discovered gentle yet effective sleep strategies that actually worked! It completely changed our world. Sleep training didn’t just help my first baby — it saved our family. The confidence I gained from helping my son became the foundation for how I help other families today.
When my daughter arrived, I carried that confidence forward — blending my personal experience with new knowledge as I continued to expand my education. She began her sleep journey on day three of her life, when she refused to sleep anywhere but on me. Through the same gentle approach, she became a beautiful reminder of how powerful the right sleep foundations can be. Both of my children are my greatest success stories — and the reason I’m so passionate about helping other families find the same peace we did.
During both of my maternity leaves, I found myself constantly conversing with other moms about similar challenges with babies sleeping. I realized how many moms were struggling like I originally was and knew I wanted to help. It started out with helping close family friends and then grew to people I had never met before. While I was helping them, I would always hear, “You should do this for a living!” They saw the difference my approach made — it was calm, logical, and rooted in empathy. Best of all, it worked without pulling on those mama heartstrings we all know so well.
There are plenty of sleep consultants out there — so what makes me different? My approach starts with a gentle “reset” for your baby before we even begin sleep training. This simple step helps ease the transition and makes the process smoother for both you and your little one. I also approach schedules in an analytical way which I call “Nap Math,” — an effective way to troubleshoot naps, nights and wake windows with clarity. Together, these two elements form the heart of my unique approach, what I like to call my “secret sauce.”
At Imamami, my mission is simple: to guide families toward peaceful sleep through practical strategies tailored to your unique family. Every child deserves rest, and every parent deserves the confidence to help them find that!
