When I was introduced to Anna, my baby boy was 8 months old and struggling with sleep. He was nursing to sleep for every nap and bedtime, and waking up every hour or two throughout the night. I was completely sleep deprived and desperately in need of help.

Anna came in with such knowledge, empathy, and professionalism. She provided valuable information about baby sleep, schedules, and even nutrition — taking a detailed, holistic approach that made all the difference. She offered daily support, checking in with us consistently and asking the right questions to ensure we were on track. Now, at 14 months, my little one is thriving — happy, well-rested, and sleeping through the night with a solid 12-hour stretch! He also naps beautifully during the day.

She worked with me and my 12-week-old for sleep training. My goal was to reduce contact naps and increase the length of each one to improve her rest as it was evident my daughter was at times overtired.

I worked with Anna throughout my son’s first year, and she was such a huge help! After months of our son not being able to nap consistently throughout the day and repeatedly waking up every 30-45 minutes throughout the night, we desperately needed some help getting our son to sleep, both for our sanity and for our son’s health. We had read though countless online guides, and nothing seemed to help.

After much due diligence my partner found Anna, and we had reached out to her to help us get a sleep plan to help and guide us in getting our baby to start sleeping again. We also were concerned that many sleep trainers encouraged the “cry it out” method and we didn’t want our son to be distraught crying for an hour on his own, Anna didn’t encourage this and gave us may options that made us feel comfortable working with her. Anna was phenomenal, from the first consult we had to the detailed questionnaire she sent us. What really stood out to us was that Anna genuinely cared and her attention to detail really showed how passionate and knowledgeable she was.

Anna was always extremely supportive and prompt in her communication with us at all hours of the day and night (we tried to respect her time and not be to demanding during the nights) but she went above and beyond. If we didn’t check in with her within a timely manner after a scheduled nap, Anna would reach out to us for an update. Anna was consistently helping us adjust our sleeping plan to see what suited our son best. Her method of resetting his sleep schedule prior to jumping into the actual plan works great. We opted to do a 3 day extension with her as our plan was in the middle of Christmas and we had a few disruptions.

Personally, I was a little skeptical that it would take such a little amount of time to see an improvement in our sons’ sleeping patterns, but I was pleasantly surprised to see him improve so much over the first 3-4 days. Both my partner and I felt a little hopeless and defeated prior to working with Anna.

This experience has been a blessing for us. Our son is napping regularly, sleeping throughout the night and has made our lives so much better. His mood has been significantly better as well. One thing which I really value with Anna’s plan is that she educated us on making adjustments and enabling us to make adjustments after our plan had ended, setting us up for greater success as he gets older.

I’d definitely recommend Anna to all my friends and family going forward. She is a life saver!
